CHILDREN at a Barnsley school were all smiles when dentists paid them a visit to teach them how to maintain healthy teeth.
Staff from mydentist on Peel Street visited Littleworth Grange Primary in Lundwood on Wednesday following research which showed 40 per cent of five-year-olds in Barnsley have either decayed, missing or filled teeth.
Barnsley also has significantly higher rates of children who need teeth removed compared to the average for England and Yorkshire and the Humber.
