CALLS have been made to save under-threat building from closure.
The Welfare Hall, off Clear View, Grimethorpe, faces an uncertain future due to the proposed abolition of Brierley Town Council.
The building was discussed in a report which was agreed by Barnsley Council which indicated it may face closure.
