A CCTV camera put up on a Barnsley street is a little too close for comfort for one resident - it’s yards away from his bathroom window.
The camera, which can rotate 360 degrees, was fixed to a lamppost outside Stuart Haigh’s bungalow on Annan Close, Barugh Green, last week.
Mr Haigh, 56, said it was installed by Barnsley Council on behalf of South Yorkshire Police to monitor a neighbourly dispute over the road.
However, shortly after the camera was put up, Mr Haigh, who holds a public space surveillance CCTV licence, claims he saw the device looking at his property.
