BARNSLEY Council has issued another warning to fly-tippers after a pile of rubbish was dumped in Royston this week.

Coun Roy Miller, cabinet spokesman, said: “We take fly-tipping very seriously, it is illegal and can result in a prosecution and a fine.

“We’d encourage the public to report any fly-tipping they come across by visiting our website at www.barnsley.gov.uk.”
