THE Alhambra Centre is celebrating after a member of staff won an ace star for customer service.
Aaron Powell , facilities manager at the centre, was a winner in the national British Council of Shopping Centre’s awards and attended a glitzy ceremony in Brighton last week.
The 31-year-old from Providence Court, Wombwell, went head to head with thousands of other nominees competing to get recognition for their customer service skills and flew through the secret shopping first round with flying colours which then propelled him to the shortlist of just 15.
He then competed the second secret shopping challenge and Aaron stood out from the crowd.
