A CCTV camera is stopping fly-tipping at a Royston hotspot, according to a councillor.
Coun Malcolm Clements, who pushed for a camera installing on Royston Lane, told last Thursday afternoon’s North East Area Council meeting that it is having the desired affect and incidents are decreasing.
