KERRY Wragg was ‘born with a halo’ if you ask the motorcylist whose life she helped save.
Off duty nurse Kerry, 37, was in a queue of crawling traffic when biker Dean Ingram ended up trapped underneath a car that was crushing him.
Dean, of Worsbrough Dale, was on his Honda Bobber Chopper stationary in traffic on Wakefield Road close to the TrustFord garage at around midday on April 17 when the accident happened.
A car suddenly struck him from behind and then reversed over him before coming to a stop on top of Dean.
The 40-year-old motorcyclist was saved when rescuers sprang into action - under the direction of Kerry - and literally lifted the car off him to give him a fighting chance until paramedics arrived to work on him.
