BESTSELLING author Milly Johnson is hoping to raise a huge amount of money for Penistone mother Claire Throssell with the release of a new short story.
All profits from the sale of The Barn on Half Moon Hill will be donated to Claire, whose two sons Jack and Paul were killed in a house fire started by their father.
Milly, of Salters Rise, Barnsley, said writing the story was the only way she could think of to help.
She said: “I just thought I’ve got to do something. It was fantastic that money was coming in to help Claire, but I thought ‘I need to get a big amount of money for her’.”
