A COUPLE who were married for 54 years spent their final moments together holding hands.
Audrey Fleetwood had been in hospital for about 24 weeks and was on end of life care when her husband Dennis was admitted after becoming unwell.
As the end neared for Dennis, caring hospital staff moved them into the same room and pushed their beds together so they could be near each other.
