A MOTORCYCLIST sustained life-threatening injuries in Cudworth on Sunday.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after the 19-year-old Yamaha rider collided with a white Vauxhall Movano van at around 6pm at Snydale Road’s junction with Saxon Street.
The Yorkshire Air Ambulance landed at the nearby Dorothy Hyman Stadium and a police spokesman described the motorcyclist’s injuries as critical.
Witnesses to the collision are asked to call 101 quoting incident number 915 of September 24.
