POLICE this morning named the Royston murder victim as Jane Sally Lee, 51, of Locke Street, Barnsley.
She was found dead at the Spooner's garage site in the village at lunchtime on Friday. She had been stabbed several times.
Detectives are still searching for a man who was seen attacking a woman. He was white, with dark hair, and drove away from the scene in a dark car.
Mrs Lee had married earlier this year and was formally known as Jane Sally Gracie.
