PUPILS at Royston High turned detective as the school celebrated National Science Week with a forensic science day.
In a setting similar to that of TV's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, year nine pupils spent the day collecting evidence and solving crimes.
They later presented the evidence to a 'court'.
Head of science John Harding said: "We are trying to promote science through the achievement and attainment of young people.
"The kids have had a tremendous time."
