NEARLY £10,000 of cannabis has been seized by Wombwell police in two months.
In the most recent raid, a 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating the plant and possessing class A drugs after £4,500 of cannabis and £35 of cocaine were found in a Little Houghton bedroom.
The man has been released on bail pending forensic examination of the plants.
A further £4,500 of the drug was discovered in two unrelated raids in Wombwell and two men were given police cautions.
