STUDENTS from Barnsley College hope to be on song when they record a hit single for charity.
The pupils are producing a cover of The Proclaimers' hit 500 miles to raise money for a good cause.
Background music has been laid down for the track and recording has started for its release in May.
Music student Stephanie Tindale, 18, of Nancy Road, Grimethorpe, said she was excited to be involved in the project.
