Barnsley FC's under 18s are set for a fairytale trip to Stamford Bridge for their FA Youth Cup fifth round tie against the holders Chelsea.

The young Reds have enjoyed an excellent cup run. Danny Rose's sensational overhead kick set them on their way to a 3-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the third round.

They then defeated Rushden in the fourth round and earned themselves a tie on the same pitch which hosts Chelsea and Liverpool played on Sunday.

Star striker Reuben Noble-Lazarus has been in the first team squad recently but will play for the under 18s in London.

"We are a confident set of lads and we score goals whereve we go. I am sure we will score at Chelsea," said Noble-Lazarus.

Coach Ronnie Branson said: "I am convinced we can beat Chelsea. It is 11 against 11 and we are not going there to make up the numbers."
