STARS from a reality tv show being filmed at Barnsley hospital charmed nurses and bar staff at Tommy Treddlehoyle’s on Wednesday.
Comedian Sean Hughes and presenter Gail Porter were enjoying an after-shift drink with nurses who are guiding them through the two weeks they are signed up to work at the hospital.
Gail has been in the A&E department and Sean on the children’s ward. Both are sticking to shift patterns and staying with nurses while they learn how to do auxiliary duties.
The Barnsley pub's conservatory was used to film them talking to the nurses, but the friendly pair stayed on to chat long after the cameras stopped rolling.
