A young woman who weighed more than 18st is trying on size 10 wedding dresses after losing more than seven stone.
Emma Lavender, 21, of Beechfield Close, Bolton, posed for photographs with Jeff Brazier after reaching the finals of Slimming World's young slimmer of the year awards last month.
She put on about seven stone when she went to university through drinking and eating unhealthily but said she had skinny friends and didn't like being photographed.
She said: "I'm trying on size 10 dresses for my wedding now, which feels great, and I know if I'd have got married before I wouldn't have wanted to see the photos."
