Their planned final day opponents Mind Over Matter, from Brampton, were unable to play the last fixture so Dearne were given three points and finished second.
Wath Stars won 2-1 at home to YP Women in a top-of-the-table clash in Division Two.
Sofiat Rufus and Lucie Tinker scored for Wath. That left the Stars three points clear of both YP Women and Chesterfield under 21s who each had three games to play, compared to Wath’s one, ahead of facing each other on Thursday evening.
Wombwell Town won 4-2 at West End Terriers in Division Four.
The scorers were Megan Reece, Lucy Tindle, twice, and Bethany Goldthorpe.
Barnsley Women’s FC lost 3-1 at home to Huddersfield Town on Sunday in the Sheffield Senior Cup semi-final.
The visitors went 3-0 up before Jodie Snelson pulled one back.
BWFC now complete their National League Division One Midlands season on Sunday at Lincoln United.
They cannot finish any lower than their current position of seventh but could move up to sixth.
Meanwhile, Barnsley FC women complete their season on the main Oakwell pitch from 2pm on Sunday against title challengers Middlesbrough in National League Division One North.
The Reds are seventh and could finish anywhere between sixth and tenth in their first season in the fourth tier following two successive promotions.
Middlesbrough are currently top on goal difference, three goals better off than second-placed Cheadle Town Stingers who host bottom club Fylde.
