Notton made 237 – with Barnsley firing 16 fours and three sixes – then dismissed Garforth for 188 with Joe Ashley taking four for 23.

He hit 22 fours and five sixes off 111 balls in Notton’s 304 then Vaishakh Mahadevan and Misbah Syed took three wickets each to bowl Bretton out for 150.
Melvin Wood took four wickets for the hosts then Karl Matthews made 65.
West Bretton 2nd XI then beat Allerton Bywater by 111 runs in the Beaumont Cup. Matthews (53) and David Hoyle (66) led them to 192 before Wood again took four wickets.
