Cawthorne are second in the ECB Premier Yorkshire South after chasing 279 with a wicket and a ball left at Doncaster Town.
Aryan Varsani whacked 123 off 98 balls with nine fours and seven sixes then, after a ninth-wicket stand of 40 ended with a wicket off the penultimate ball when the scores were level, the hosts bowled a no ball and Cawthorne also completed a run.
Mustafa Shinwari had taken six wickets and Rizwan Sadiq three.
The win took Cawthorne up two places and they remain 14 points off top.
They also won by one wicket on Sunday against Woodlands in the Heavy Woolley Cup.
The hosts were bowled out for 173, with Matt Carroll taking three wickets, then Cawthorne’s final pair added 16 including four leg byes to win the match.
Barnsley Woolley Miners fell 92 runs short chasing 267 at home to second-bottom Shiregreen.
Sean Whitehead took four wickets then Owen Smith made 54.
The Shaw Laners are ninth, two places and 22 points clear of the relegation zone.
