BARNSLEY cyclist Imogen Wolff will compete for Great Britain in the UCI Road World Championships in Kigali, Rwanda in the coming week.
The event, which is the first world cycling championships to be held in Africa, will be the latest experience for 19-year-old Imogen who is due to compete in the 119km under 23 women’s road race on Thursday afternoon.
Imogen, from Silkstone Common, has won medals for Great Britain at junior level in the past.
She is now in her first season competing for professional team Visma Lease-A-Bike in events such as the Tour de France this summer.
