AGE UK Barnsley has launched a Christmas raffle to help support older people in the town this winter.
The fundraiser brings together a giant hamper of gifts, vouchers, and tickets, with one lucky Barnsley family set to take home everything just in time for Christmas.
Every £1 donated equals one entry into the draw, whether made online or with a physical ticket.
Prizes include panto tickets, a ticket to Cannon Hall farm and a Wentworth Castle family pass.
All proceeds from the raffle will go directly towards helping older people in Barnsley stay safe, warm, and cared for this winter, funding support services, wellbeing checks, friendship groups, and one-to-one assistance for those who may be struggling.
A spokesperson said: “Our Christmas raffle really shows Barnsley at its best.
“Local businesses have generously donated vouchers, tickets, and gifts, and every penny raised will help bring comfort, companionship, and joy to people over 50 during the coldest months of the year.”
Entries close on December 18, with the winner drawn the same day.
