IMOGEN Wolff has been competing in La Vuelta Femenina in Spain this week.
It is the fourth edition of the women’s version of the Vuelta a España which is one of the ‘Grand Tours’ along with the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia.
The 815km stage race began on Sunday and ends on Friday.
Imogen, from Silkstone Common, is competing for her professional team Visma Lease-A-Bike.
The 20-year-old finished 96th, 69th, 53rd then 17th in the first four stages of the event.
Meanwhile, Tuesday saw the first of Birdwell Wheelers five-mile time-trials at Thurgoland. Eight riders took part.
Fastest Wheeler was Trevor Mayne in 15-14.
Fastest on the night was Michael Newton of Barnsley RC in 12-28.
Dean Bowman finished in 13-13.
The second of the series is on Tuesday from 7pm.
