A memorial match was held in memory of Leah Pearson who died of a brain tumour last month.
The 18-year-old, of Brierley, died on June 2 just hours after singing happy birthday to her mum Haley.
Leah used to play for Hemsworth Miners Welfare FC and her former coach Sid Akeroyd presented the Pearson family with a signed match ball and a memory book of photos of Leah that were taken while she was involved with the club.
Many of the girls who played at the match had gone to Hemsworth Arts and Community College with Leah.
They wanted to help Leah's family in their plea to raise money for the teenage cancer trust at Weston Park as well as The Brain Tumour Charity.
A total of £874 was raised from the match at the Hemsworth Miners Welfare's ground on Wakefield Road.
It was the latest event held to raise money in Leah's name and some of the football team and supporters joined the Pearson family in a 15 mile sponsored walk from Barnsley FC's Oakwell ground to Xscape in Castleford.
