Barnsley are still searching for their first win of the season after throwing away a two-goal lead to draw with Charlton.

Chris O'Grady scored either side of the interval but Charlton pulled one back through Jordan Cousins before Simon Church equalised. The result means both teams have lost two and drawn one of their first three games of the Championship season.

O'Grady's first came after a fine pass by Scott Golbourne while his second was a header after a brilliant cross from midfielder Jacob Mellis, who was substituted after 60 minutes and replaced by youngster Paul Digby who struggled to get into the game.

The Reds travel to Blackburn Rovers, who are also without a win this season, next Saturday.
