CONCERNS have been raised by a councillor over a busy road junction in Wombwell following a serious crash.
The staggered four-way junction, where Hemingfield Road meets Hough Lane and Dovecliffe Road, was the site of a motorcycle collision last month which left a 17-year-old in hospital in a critical condition.
Coun Dick Wraith approached the council's highways department.
Coun Wraith said: "It's been waiting for a serious accident to happen on there."
