JIM McQueen is not getting rid of his caravan without a fight.
The 63-year-old said that his caravan on Acorn Way, which is currently used as a security office for his business, McQueens Textiles Ltd, will be staying there for now - even though he was served notice to move the caravan by last Friday.
The caravan has been on the site for the past five years, but it has no planning permission.
Jim argues that if he should not have the caravan on the site, then he should not have had to pay business tax on it.
