Friends James Collins and Nathan Thornton spent four days driving a 12-year-old banger almost 2,000 miles for the Benidorm or Bust rally, raising about £500 for a Barnsley youth project.
It was the second year the Gawber lads have taken part in the navigational driving challenge, which set off from Blackpool earlier this month.
Joiners James, 30, and Nathan, 26, both of Queen's Way, put their faith into a FIAT Multipla which cost them less than £300 to get them to Benidorm.
It paid off as they were one of 165 cars out of the 190 competing who did make it to Spain.
