SNOOKER legend Jimmy White will be one of the famous faces turning up to the Metrodome next week for the Shanghai Masters qualifiers.

Fans can see some of the game's top stars for free at the event which runs from Wednesday to Sunday August 9, with the 16 winners to go through to the final stages in Shanghai in September.

Snooker legend Jimmy White enters the fray on Wednesday at 10am and will face talented Leeds-based potter Oliver Lines.

Other crowd favourites in action over the five days include Tony Drago, James Wattana, Luca Brecel, Matthew Stevens, Dominic Dale, Ali Carter and former World Champions Peter Ebdon and Ken Doherty.
