THIS attractive detached house on a pleasant and desirable cul-de-sac has been virtually abandoned for more than five years and residents say it is time the 'eyesore' was sorted out.
Weeds and creepers have taken over the four-bedroom detached house - estimated to be worth more than £200,000 if it were not in such a state.
Ron and Margaret Beverley, of Bark Meadows, Dodworth, open their front door to see the side of the house opposite almost entirely 'swallowed' in ivy and other creeping plants.
The Chronicle did track down a lady who is thought to be the last occupant of the house, but she said she 'did not want to talk about it'.
