FOUNTAINS outside Barnsley Town Hall have turned green for November to highlight the need to recruit more foster carers to look after children in Barnsley.
There are 105 active foster households in Barnsley but the council said there is a rising number of children coming into care nationally.
More foster families are particularly needed to provide homes for teenagers, children with disabilities and sibling groups.Â
