Barnsley midfielder Paul Digby has left the club for Mick McCarthy's Ipswich Town.

The out of favour 20-year-old, who has only made three appearances this season, has joined Championship Ipswich on loan until the end of the season.

Digby, an England youth international, spent time on trial at Manchester United in the summer.
