BY the time he was six weeks old, little Jack Powell had broken six bones.

His mum Danielle Selby, 28, of Emsley Avenue, Cudworth, said Jack was diagnosed with a rare condition. He now goes to Sheffield Children’s Hospital for treatment every 12 weeks and sees a physiotherapist every six weeks.

He is already saying his first words and is starting to move around on his own, although it will be a while before he can walk.

She is now training for the Yorkshire Half Marathon in April to raise money for the team which treats Jack.
