ROADS around the town hall will be closed on Sundays for the next two months.
The temporary closures come into effect this Sunday and be in place between 8pm and midnight for road improvements.
The streets affected are Church Street, from Eastgate to Market Hill; St Mary’s Gate; St Mary’s Place; Sadler Gate; Shambles Street, from Townend Roundabout to St Mary’s Place; Westgate, from St Mary’s Place.
The council said no two roads will be closed at the same time, except for works on Church Street.
