A TASTE of Thailand is coming to Barnsley with a new town centre restaurant set to open in the coming weeks.
The Jasmine Restaurant has its grand opening on February 5 in the former Munjacks cafe building on Pitt Street, opposite the post office.
It is the brainchild of Erdal Sahan, who owns the Turkish cuisine-inspired Lemon Tree restaurant on Peel Square, and Naruemol Patchimma, better know as Mun, the chef from Munjacks, who originates from north east Thailand.
