AN EXHIBITION of the work of a Darfield artist who died last year is on display in the Maurice Dobson Museum.
The work of Jeff Platts, from Fensome Way, who died last year of cancer, is on display in the museum’s cafe-gallery.
In addition to more traditional landscapes, part of the work on display has also been completed in pointillist style - made up of carefully placed ink dots to form a bigger picture. Jeff turned to the technique so he could continue his art after suffering a stroke.
