LOCAL gardening firms are being asked to put forward plans to transform the Barnsley Hospice inpatient unit garden into a tranquil and relaxing place for patients and their families.
The garden is currently lawned with a patio following an extension to the front of the inpatient unit in 2014, but staff and volunteers are keen to make it a special place for patients.
