THE TEA Cup cafe is being refurbished as part of the latest developments to Elsecar Park.
June Turner, who rents the cafe from Barnsley Council and lives on site, has had to cut her service.
The refurbishment is part of a £100,000 CISWO bequest for the old Hoyland Nether ward.
