VANDALS and yobs have trashed a kids community wendy house leaving those trying to improve the area angry and upset.
When New Lodge Community Centre re-opened last year after major refurbishment its supporters promised an exciting future for everyone.
Late last year volunteers at the centre bought a second hand large two storey wendy house for the playground with plans to refurbish it and provide another attraction for local children.
But within weeks the new addition began to attract the wrong kind of attention and since then the wendy house has been repeatedly and savagely attacked and smashed on an almost weekly basis.
