THERE is trouble at the end of the road for Graeme Fitt - his driveway will lead directly into the middle of a new roundabout being built for a major housing estate.
The former structural engineer lives on Claycliffe Road at Barugh.
His home stands near to the busy existing mini-roundabout, at the junctions of Barnsley Road and Barugh Lane, but is set far enough back from the property to allow him to get on and off his drive.
However, it is to be replaced by a larger roundabout positioned much closer to his home and will include a new spur road for access to the 170 home development by Barratt Homes on fields behind Claycliffe Road.
