BARNSLEY baker John Foster is back on television screens on Christmas Day.
John, owner of Foster’s Bakery in Mapplewell, has again been a time traveller and re-visits the Victorian era.
John, 54, is one of four modern bakers who recreated the life of bakers more than 100 years ago in the series Victorian Bakers.
Earlier this year the first episode saw John, complete with big sideburns and metal rimmed glasses, go to work at an old rural bakery as it would have been in the 1830s.
