A MOTHER whose two sons were murdered by their father will display 20 teddy bears outside Houses of Parliament - one for each child who has died as a result of domestic abuse since her own died.

Claire Throssell was left devastated when her ex-husband Darren Sykes killed their two sons, Jack and Paul, 12 and nine, by deliberately setting fire to the former family home on Tennyson Close, Penistone, in October 2014.

Since then, she has thrown herself into campaigning for changes to the law to keep children going through the family court system safe from abusive ex-partners.

And on Tuesday, she will hand in a 40,000-signature petition to Downing Street.
