Barnsley have signed 23-year-old winger Brad Potts from League One Blackpool on a three-year deal, with the Reds having an option for a fourth year.
Former Carlisle man Potts – who netted 19 goals in 98 Blackpool games, including in the League Two play-off final against Exeter City in May – will bolster a wingers department at Oakwell weakened by an injury to Lloyd Isgrove, leaving Adam Hammill and Ryan Hedges.
The former England youth international reached double figures in goals and assists in the fourth division last season and had several options before choosing to join Paul Heckingbottom's Barnsley.
