FIREBUGS targeted four cars in two hours in a spate of early morning arson attacks at Kendray and Worsbrough.
Crews from Barnsley station spent Monday morning following the arsonists around as they put out each of the blazes.
Incidents were reported at Sheaf Court and Farm Road, Kendray and at Allendale and Wellington Crescent, Worsbrough between 3am and 4.50am.
