ANTI wind farm action group, Protect Sheephouse Heights, staged a mini protest against developers outside a public exhibition at St Andrew's Church on Friday.

Evelop UK held the meeting in the church to show new photomontages and discuss their plans to build five 125m turbines at Sheephouse Heights, between Penistone and Stocksbridge.

Alan Hey, PSH member, set up a mobile 'exhibition' in his car showing images of the turbines against landmark buildings and parked outside the church all day.

Alan said: "The new photomontages are largely old wine in new bottles, and the consultation does not change the fact that Peak Park Planning Board, CPRE South Yorkshire, Sheffield City Council, and every town and parish council in the area as well as local MPs are all against this development.
