THE last surviving gun shop in Barnsley is to close after 38 years of business.
:Guns International on Doncaster Road has been popular with shooting enthusiasts since it opened in 1972. But owners, Karl and Pat Slater say they feel the time is right to finally shut up shop.
Pat, 71, said: “We will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary next year and are both in our 70s, I just think it is the right time for us to retire.
