BARNSLEY Hospital has closed its outpatients' department because of the snow.
All appointments for today and tomorrow have been cancelled and patients are urged to stay away. Hospital staff will be in touch to rearrange appointments.
Elective surgery for Thursday has also been cancelled. New appointments will be made.
