The Barnsley Chronicle will be the first stop for Prince Charles during his visit to the town.
The Prince of Wales will be taken on a tour of the newspaper offices and printing press on January 24.
He will then be greeted by Dickie Bird at his statue next to St Mary's church, Barnsley, before talking to students at University Campus Barnsley.
His Royal Highness will finish his tour at Wentworth Castle gardens.
