BARNSLEY site engineer Ty Isherwood finished fourth in the Love Island final which took place on Monday.
The 23-year-old entered the villa on day 28 and made it to the final on day 58, having coupled up with Angel Swift.
He had originally coupled up with Shakira and they had been voted as the most compatible couple by the public.
Ty was also revealed as one of the top two boys following a public vote on day 42, but only managed to secure fourth position on the ITV2 show.
It’s the third time someone from Barnsley has been on the show - with Cheyanne Kerr and eventual winner Tom Clare also spending time in the villa.
