BARNSLEY-born Bethany England marked her 200th Women’s Super League appearance with a goal in the North London derby against Arsenal - but her side ultimately fell short in a 5-2 defeat.
The 31-year-old came off the bench in the second half at the Emirates to become just the seventh player in WSL history to reach the landmark.
She scored her 86th goal in the competition - the second-highest of all time - but was unable to lead her team to victory in the derby.
Beth has also had spells at Chelsea, Liverpool and Doncaster Belles before moving to Tottenham in 2023.
England said: “I’m obviously really proud.
“There’s only a few of us in that category and, like I say, I feel like I’ve been in this league a very long time.
“I’m very proud and privileged to have been in this league so long and having made such an impact in different clubs.
“Hopefully many more to come and continue pushing, but I’m very proud of what I’ve been able to achieve so far in the league.”
